We do not provide financial advice, liquidity, or brokerage execution; we provide the human capital and technical infrastructure to support your existing operations.

4. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Performance

4.1 SLA Definitions

Specific performance metrics (e.g., response times, resolution rates, uptime guarantees) are defined in individual Service Orders or Master Service Agreements (MSA) executed between the Client and Prixim Global. The general standards include:

  • Live Chat Response Time: Typically <30 seconds for active engagements.
  • Email/Ticket Resolution: Target response time of <15–30 minutes for high-priority inquiries.

4.2 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to meet SLAs due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service provider failures, MetaQuotes server outages, liquidity provider disruptions, natural disasters, acts of government, or widespread cyberattacks affecting global financial infrastructure.

5. Data Privacy, Security, and Confidentiality

5.1 Enterprise-Grade Security

Data security is paramount. All ForexOutsource operations are conducted within secure, physical corporate offices backed by Prixim Global’s enterprise IT infrastructure. We strictly prohibit work-from-home arrangements for sensitive financial data handling to eliminate unmonitored risk vectors.

  • Biometric access controls
  • 24/7 CCTV surveillance
  • Encrypted network parameters

6. Fees, Billing, and Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing Models

Pricing is determined based on the specific engagement model selected:

  • Pay-Per-Incident Model: Variable billing based on resolved tickets or remote sessions (commonly used for Remote Tech Support).
  • Hybrid Model: Base retainer plus variable overage fees.

6.2 Invoicing and Payment

Invoices are issued monthly in advance for dedicated teams or in arrears for usage-based models. Payment terms are Net-15 unless otherwise specified in the MSA. We accept bank wire transfers, major credit cards, and cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC) for international clients.

6.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of Services after 7 days of written notice. Prixim Global reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances at a rate of 1.5% per month.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client IP: All proprietary trading algorithms, brand assets, CRM configurations, and trader databases belong to the Client.
  • Company IP: All SOPs, training materials, technical scripts, automation tools, and platform architectures developed by Prixim Global/ForexOutsource remain our exclusive intellectual property.
